Below is a breif description written to help you make your description. We call our Staff 'Workers', a Worker is one of our employees who works for you, once contracted they devote themselves to making your project the best it can be. You will be able to tell them exactly what you want and they will execute your plans with conviction.
If you are a small or medium company or an individual consultant, we can help you set up a virtual office. We can give you access to skilled and experienced A Grade designers and programmers, who will dedicate 100% of their time to your project. The benefit that comes with using Software Design Outsourcing is that the whole team who work in our Development Center work in-house for us using our equipment, this cuts down your own overheads in order to use your business finances wisely as well as reduces the over all costs of your own infrastructure.
You can directly manage your Worker from your office or alternatively hire one of our experienced dedicated Project Managers. Employees can also be monitored in real time via web cameras if you feel the need. Updates and status reports regarding your employees and project will be sent to you from the our office. Employee monthly remuneration can be paid online.
Using our Workers can be done in just 6 steps:

- Step 2: Sign up for Software Design Outsourcing service
- Once you are satisfied with you choice to work with us, we will both need to sign the appropriate legal documentation such as Non Disclosures & pricing protection contracts.

- Step 3: Participate in resource selection process.
- This is is the fun part, where you get to:
- Read over a pile of resumes (you can choose how big a pool of workers you would like to have to select from)
- Have a Skype Interview with those of your choice (Get to know their tempriment & personality to see if you will be able to work with them)
- Speak with our dedicated personel Manager regarding your decision
- Make a firm decision regarding your worker(s)
- Step 4: Allocate assignments/projects.
- We can set you up with your own Project Management tool or you can use your own - its your choice.
- You will need to manage your Worker online and issue their Assignments in written format (This keeps you covered regarding any 'Communication Mistakes' that could possibly be made)
- Assign Milestones in your project as well as Tasks.
- Use Project Management software for all official communication.
- Step 5: Manage our personel and receive updates daily.
- As mentioned previously, we can assign Dedicated Project Managers you tor Workers, they are local to the worker and give a Higher Level of Accountability for your peace of Mind.
- You May choose to Manage your Worker personally - this is 100% Acceptible.
- Step 6: Sign off or renew contract.
- Once our agreement is finished you may Sign off your Satisfaction or you may create a new contract which continues long term by the month.
- A long term contract with us is a little bit like Leasing an office, you are contracted for a Minimum time & then once that period is finished you may then just continue under the same terms, with such contracts we require 30 Days Notice for cancelation.
The Worker is exclusive to you for 8 hours per day, 6 days in a week. The Minimum number of hours worked per month is 208.
Our staff are paid & managed by us, he or she works from our development centers in Australia or India (Depending on the position they hold). Throughout the working Day, the Worker(s) we supply you with are contactable by phone, skype chat/video call or email.
When starting with us, you will be billed in advance Monthly for the time period agreed upon, payment will be required upfront before work commences.
An advanced Invoice for the next month is sent to you between the 15th & 20th day of every month. Payment is made by you via internet bank transfer within 7 days of invoice creation. In order to make payment easier for you Direct Debit Arrangement is avalible as well as Automatic Credit Card Payments.
It is assumed that the staff member works for you 24 days in a month on average. So the invoice amount is reduced proportionately if the number of days worked in a month is less than 24. However, if the number of days worked is more than 24 in a month, the invoice amount is not increased.
You can renew your offshore staffing contract at the time of expiry or create an ongoing business relationship with automatic billing in advance.
